Yes. You can switch from monthly to yearly billing at any time from your account settings. When you switch to yearly, you will be prorated for any remaining time on your monthly plan. Switching saves you up to 31% compared to monthly billing.
If you reach the 25-label monthly limit on the free plan, you can upgrade to Starter (500 labels/mo) or Pro (unlimited) to generate more labels. Your existing data and settings are preserved when you upgrade.
Yes. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free plan.

BuyShipping does not charge per-label carrier fees. For Amazon and Walmart, shipping costs are charged by those platforms directly to your seller account at their competitive rates. Wayfair provides pre-paid shipping labels at no cost to you (Wayfair covers shipping as part of their vendor program). For Shopify orders, carrier costs are charged by your own FedEx account or ShipNerd.
Amazon: Purchases labels via Amazon Buy Shipping API -- you get competitive rates and seller protections (claim reimbursements, order defect rate protection). Walmart: Purchases labels via Ship with Walmart -- includes on-time delivery protection and up to $100 shipping protection. Wayfair: Retrieves pre-paid shipping labels that Wayfair provides for vendor orders. Shopify: Ships orders using your own FedEx account or ShipNerd, then uploads tracking numbers back to Shopify.
